- Return and exchanges
No cash, check or credit card refunds, in store credit only. There is a 3 day exchange policy and sale merchandise or discounted items are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Special orders agreement
Items not in stock or not available at the time of purchase are considered special orders. All custom measurements, finishes and hardware are the customers responsibility and must be expressed, provided, listed and attached in writing to the order at the time of purchase. Except some variances in color and finish due to the wood, metal and leather variations. All special orders can have a lead time up to 12 weeks depending on the builder and request. This is production time and does not include transportation or shipping time. CASA DECOR requires half of the total retail price at the time of the order.All special orders are final. If cancelled, half payment becomes store credit. The remaining balance is due upon completion/arrival of product the time it arrives at our store. Once the order has arrived at our store, the customers Credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance that is due.
- Delivery and storage of purchased items
Delivery or pick up of merchandise is customer’s responsibility. We offer a 7 day holding period from the time the customers is notified that a special order is ready for pick up, or at time of purchase of the item. We are not a holding facility and if items are longer in our stores then 7 days we will charge $10.00 a day for storage after that 7th day.
CASA DECOR offers no internal delivery service. All deliveries are contracted out to an individual shipping company resource. CASA DECOR is not responsible for any damages to any pieces once released for delivery. All shipping arrangements must be made upon the purchase of any Items. Payment is directly to the shipping company or deliverer of the items transported to you location and not be made thru CASA DECOR.
